Prices are stable. Employment is not at maximum, but is improving. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Is Fed a “government of many” or “government of a few”?

Leave the interest rate unchanged at 0% to 0.25%, the following is possible (updated December 2, 2015):

1.5% to 1.75% core inflation + 5% unemployment – 2% target inflation + 0% to 0.25% rates = 4.5% to 5% unemployment in 2016
